A. Yes we can. We have worked extensively with strata managed complexes and are aware of the regulations and construction methods that need to be used. We will ensure that the strata management team are kept well informed of your bathroom renovation project including our timelines.

Q. Can you remodel a bathroom for $5000?
A. Yes, but it really depends on the size of the room you are renovating, how many walls you want to tile, the height of tiles up the wall and what type and quality of fixtures you choose. Most budget bathrooms with this price range for e.g. would only consist of floor tiles and skirting tiles (Skirting tiles are made to go round the edge of the wall that joins the floor usually 1 tile high). For this price we would not change the layout which means not moving any plumbing fixtures or electrical fittings.
